In AIO, we have our own experts that address needs our customers have after purchasing the products through our company.

In this way, we offer additional value in the acquisition of products , as we offer a solution that encompasses the entire process, from the selection of the purchase to after-sales assistance, repair and maintenance

Our technicians have the specific technical knowledge required for the product, thanks to the training received from the manufacturers of the products with which we collaborate.

How we work

We offer total flexibility in favour of the customer, either by managing the required repairs in person or in the workshop, or by managing and processing of breakdowns under the modality of replacement machine. Thanks to our fulfilment area, we have the surface area, resources and personnel to simplify assistance in accordance with the instructions and protocol that the client wishes to establish with us.

Our goal is to offer a quick and professional solution to the source of possible incidents, to be close to the users, to allow the customer to be unconcerned and to have confidence in the users.

We carry out after-sales SAT management both in person at the installation sites and at our own facilities, where we have a repair area well stocked with spare parts, in order to return the machine to operation as quickly as possible for a new use, for the benefit of our customers.

Thanks to the specialisation of the products we market, the best productivity is guaranteed for the customer, as the control and planning of our technicians’ working day is much more accessible and easily manageable in terms of intervention times.

Our commitment is also extended to the immediate availability of spare parts, thanks to the existing stock in our facilities.
